To ensure every project is better than the last, Intellisoft conducts a “Lessons Learned” after action review following completion of each project. We use this time to recognize any issues that cropped up and identify solutions to prevent future issues. We also focus on our strengths and how we can continue to take our success to the next level.
The improvements made during the “lessons learned” session are recorded and added to the project plans for all future projects. We are fortunate to work with great customers who show us ways to get better with each project.
